A very warm welcome to the Till-Family's Homepage. We are a small family business and have let appartments for many years now.
Our house is beautifully situated in quiet surroundings, but very close to the center of Mauterndorf, the castle, the swimming pool, the restaurants and the stops of public transport.
It would be a pleasure to have you as our guests.
We offer!
Wir bieten 2 Ferienwohnungen für 2 und 2-4 Personen an. Beide Appartments liegen im gleichen Stockwerk und sind daher auch gemeinsam für eine Großfamilie geeignet. Im gesamten Haus und damit auch in den Wohnungen ist das Rauchen verboten. Die Wohnungen sind modern eingerichtet. Es liegen genügend Bett- und Tischwäsche sowie Hand- und Badetücher bereit. Radio- und Fernsehgeräte (Kabel-TV) sind selbstverständlich. Ein Internet-Anschluss über WLAN steht ohne Aufpreis zur Verfügung. Unseren Gästen steht eine komfortable Garage zur Verfügung. Das Haus gliedert sich in 4 abgeschlossene Wohnungen. Das Erdgeschoß und erste Obergeschoß bewohnen wir selber, sodass wir immer für unsere Gäste erreichbar sind. Die Wohnungen „4“ und „3“ liegen im zweiten Obergeschoß.Apartment 3
Our apartment (60m2 and balcony) consists of a bedroom, a livingroom, a bathroom with WC, an extra WC and an anteroom.
Kitchen
In the kitchen you find all the necessary equipment: electric range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, enough knives, forks and spoons, dished and pots. There is even a washing machine.
Room
In the cosy linvingroom there is a radio and TV-set. Cable-TV offers 28 programs including some English ones (CNN, NTV).
In this room there is also the big table, which is very close to the kitchen. We are sure you will enjoy to have your meals there.
From the anteroom you come into the bathroom and the WC where you find enough towels for your stay.
Balcony
The special thing about this appartment is the large balcony facing south which gives you a wonderful view over Mauterndorf.

Apartment 4
The apartment (65m2, 2-4 persons) has a bedroom, a combined bedroom and livingroom, a large bath with WC and a kitchen.
Kitchen
In the kitchen you find all the necessary equipment: electric range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, enough knives, forks and spoons, dished and pots.
Room
In the bedroom and the combined livingroom/bedroom there are enough linen and sheets. Of course they will be changed regularly if you stay a longer time.
Cable-TV offers 28 programs including some English ones (CNN, NTV).
Bathroom
In the bathroom there are a lot of towels available.
